EDJSA Coaching Course Questionnaire

  (Please read below carefully before starting anything)


• Open then save a copy of the questionnaire to your computer as a "Webpage, HTML Only" named "edjsa_cq_(your-name).html" and remember where to find it. I suggest putting it in My Documents.
• Open the file in MSWord or MSWorks and this will open the questionnaire so that you can input the answers. WordPad cannot be used.
• If you do not have either of these programs then download and install the small "LedIt!" word processor shown below.
• Complete the questionnaire ensuring your name, club and team to be coached is entered.
• Save the file, and close the word processor.
• Open a new email and address to "dennis@boostinoz.com"
• Attach the completed questionnaire file.
• Send the email
• You are now done - good luck.

• This is an "Open Book Test" - That means that you can look up the answers in any documentation that's available such as last years EDJSA Year Book or this EDJSA Web-Site where you will find all the answers.

LedIt! Word Processor Download and Installation

• Download word processor executable from the web
• Run *.exe file following any default instructions
• Click "Windows Start Button"
• Open LedIt! Application located in the menu just above the "Programs" item

The Coaching Course Questionaire is in Portable Document Format (PDF) and you will need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® to be able to veiw or print the document. Acrobat Reader® is free and readily downloadable via the following link Acrobat Reader.
