How to join the Elizabeth and Districts Referees Association

If you are interested in taking up refereeing, any enquiries regarding refereeing (excluding modified rules) should be forwarded to the EDRA Secretary Michael Raschella,

  • by mobile telephone on:  0419 942 470,
  • You will need to complete the on-line "Theory Course" located at the address given below in which you will learn the Laws of the Game.
  • Follow the guidance on the web-page to complete the course.

  • If you successfully pass the exam, you should print your certificate and then:

  • Contact a member of the EDRA management committee whose contact details are shown in the Referees or the Club Directory section of the E&DJSA. web site, and/or also in the  E&DJSA year book

  • Do not do anything else stated on the FFA link web site page.

  • If you are successful in joining the Elizabeth and Districts Referees Association you will then be placed with a mentor who will assist you with refereeing your first games.

  • Our trainers are experienced in helping new referees of all ages.
